OUR HISTORY
Fifteen years ago Kristen Carroll, our Founder and CEO, was working for a large organization at the time and was given a $5 Million Dollar annual advertising/marketing budget to manage. Always trying to find ways to reduce waste and increase effectiveness, she set a goal to spend only 10% of that budget while achieving better results. She accomplished just that.
By leveraging a unique creative approach to advertising and branding, vigilantly tracking effectiveness of advertising and marketing channels, and utilizing experimental, lower-cost venues, Kristen created a road-map to what would one day be LMC Spotlight. Today, we employ all of these techniques, as well as a few new things we've picked up over the years. We run lean, agile campaigns, and we get results.
The LMC Group was founded in 2014, as a fractional services company providing expert-level guidance and resources to small and medium-sized businesses, as well as non-profits and municipalities. In 2019, LMC restructured under four separate brands, to further grow our capabilities and expertise in each core area. LMC Spotlight was created in that effort, and is home to our PR, marketing, social media, design, and advertising services.
We are a certified women-owned business, devoted to helping our clients achieve amazing results while working within a realistic budget. We love the communities in which we serve, and we REALLY love our amazing clients.
